Some great results right off the bat! For the record, I have only ever audited one other call where we closed the deal on the first call.
While its perhaps too early to claim victory……
Here is what I received from one of our team members………
Last Monday I had started using the new call outlines set out the previous Friday in our Sandler Training meeting. I was able to close 7 deals in total, 5 being the first call or my first call in regards to their quote.
It was extremely helpful to follow the outline and I would say I drove the call in all of them, and have continued to do so. I made sure the qualifying questions were asked so that I understood their situation and they understood what we would require. The process felt relatively simple, which resulted in using us as a clear and simple solution.
I would like more practice, and another refresher meeting would be lovely, but the current structure was very beneficial, straight-forward and customer friendly. It had a large part in my success.
I certainly like the reassurance feedback like this provides on the direction we're going with the new call outlines."
